Brandon is a top notch professional. Great customer service from the get-go. He was the first to respond to my service request and did so in minutes (on a Saturday night!). We discussed the clogged drain problem in the tub and he gave me thoughts on possible issues with it. He was ready to get on schedule within 24 hours. Brandon arrived on time, even a few minutes early, and in short order diagnosed and fixed the problem. Then he went one step further and replaced two parts that werenâ t functioning correctly. He left everything in great shape and his bill was more than fair. Having a professional of Brandonâ s caliber for plumbing work thatâ s way beyond me is so reassuring. Heâ s competent, responsible, smart, communicative and, well, the kind of person we all want on our team. Heâ s sure on mine now. I really appreciate him and cannot recommended him highly enough.

Excellent service, super knowledgeable and a great value

My kitchen sink became clogged yesterday, and my disposal seemed kaput. Brandon responded quickly to my request this morning and was able to visit this afternoon. He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to save my disposal. He also cleared the faucet filter in my master bathroom sink where the water flow had decreased. Joy is me!

Brandon came out next day, communication was great, solved my clogged laundry drain issue quickly and even replaced the pipe. Pricing was very reasonable. Professional and efficient. Will be using for future plumbing issues/projects.

We recently used Warren & Sons Plumbing for a severe clog in our plumbing system in our home that we just purchased. Brandon came out on Christmas Eve to diagnose the drainage/plumbing issues and was able to quickly identify the source of the problem and offer some solutions. I contacted Brandon on behalf of my elderly parents for an urgent drain clog the day after Christmas. He responded promptly each time I contacted him. He was straightforward and honest,both in providing a concise estimate and then charging less than the original estimate. I had to remove a closet wall that had both supply and drain lines in it from a second story laundry room. Warren and Sons moved the lines into an existing wall. They did great work, were delightfully polite, and were very neat. I plan to use them again on an upcoming job.

Brandon was wonderful to work with. He helped us figure out the best way to move to plumb located on a wall we were trying to remove. Because we live in an older house we were limited by existing structures so it was impossible to put the plumbing in the floor as we originally hoped. But, not deterred by the old house bones, Brandon came over numerous times to talk to us about the project and to make sure the plumbing would be as close to *footprints* as possible after the removal of the wall. He did excellent work and was very patient with our hundreds of questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing project - whether that be a plumbing emergency or a house remodel! We are planning on using him again for our kitchen remodel in the near future.

Brandon was able to get our clogged kitchen sink taken care of by replacing our subpar pipes & parts that our builder from 41 years ago used to "cut corners". His pricing was very reasonable- not high like those big plumbing companies out there. He is a man of integrity. Husband & I will be using him again.
