In 2008 I had my roof replaced. At that time, Jeff Church was just a worker for the company. He is now the owner and honored the warranty that I had. This has restored my faith in humanity. It was really nice to meet someone who has this type of integrity. They did a wonderful job. It took them about five hours

GHC sent a two man crew. I indicated where the ceiling was damaged from the leak. They went on the front roof/siding and tried to se where it was leaking. They then went into the attic to see if they could see where it was actually leaking. It was not really apparent where it was coming from. They sealed some shingles in the front/siding but they weren't sure that was the problem. Back they went into the attic. After some time, they determined it was not leaking from the front/siding. They found it was the valley on the front roof. They did a patch which they said is really only temporary and we should have the valley re-shingled. They were great. And, I called on a Monday morning (10:30AM) and they were so responsive, they got to us around 3PM. Nothing but praise for this company.

Great job! These crews are hard workers and highly professional. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Jeff is easy to work with. He handled details with the insurance company so that we were reimbursed quickly.

They did a thorough estimate. They impressed us by having the whole crew fully trained and insured. They did excellent job. They did a nice job at cleaning up. After it was over, I was worried about ventalation and he went into the attic to make sure the A/C was properly connected. Which was not part of the service. I would highly reccomend them which I don't do often. They went above and beyond.

I selected GHC over several other contractors. GHC did a great job replacing my roof and Jeff Church was very responsive to my requests. Jeff even did some minor additional work without hesitation and no additional cost to me. Jeff went the extra mile when he did not have to and it is greatly appreciated. The warranty associated with the workmanship and shingle life could not be beat. The subcontractor Jeff used for the gutter replacement was just OK and did not live up to the standard I experienced with the roofing work. My main problem with the gutter sub is that he did not clean-up appropriately after his work. I provided this feedback to Jeff who was appropriately shocked and provided a sincere apology for his gutter subcontractor. Overall, I am confident I made the correct decision by selecting GHC.

Jeff Church and his team did a very good job. Jeff came out to the house at our request, to give an estimate for the work. He performed an inspection and suggested that the condition of the roof may be eligible for a hail-damage insurance claim. He worked with our insurance company who covered the entire roof (less the deductible), so we ended up being able to also afford the remaining work, which we had planned to wait until the following year. Jeff's team was prompt, professional, and the house looks great. They cleaned up all of the roofing debris, but some blown-in insulation was left around the yard. After a week or so, we noticed some of the fascias were not completely painted (subcontractor) but decided against asking Jeff to send someone back out to finish the painting and cleanup. I'm sure he would gladly have done so, if we had asked. All in all we were extremely pleased with GHC and our house looks terrific. Thanks to Jeff and his crew.

We purchased a new house and needed the original roof replaced before moving in. We heard of GHC through word of mouth (not through Angies list) and decided to go with them after getting a couple of other quotes. The crew was on time and completed the job in the 2 days that they quoted. The new roof looks great. We had a small issue with the yard clean-up not being totally finished by the end of the second day (which was NOT a big deal since we hadn't yet even moved in) but when I told Scott about it, he immediately apologized and promised to get it taken care of right away - which he did. That incident, rather than being a negative, I believe actually demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. I even told Scott that it wasn't a big deal since we hadn't moved in yet, and that it was okay if they were busy didn't get to it right away. But he insisted, and made sure the clean-up was finished the same day. Excellent dedication to customer satisfaction. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone else. Highly professional.

He advised that we didn't need a new roof. Like the other review, that speaks volumes about their honesty and I will surely call him when we do need a new roof. He could see the house full of contractors and knew it was a short sale and we were repairing things left and right. He could have told us anything and we would have coughed up money to get the house in living condition. Thank you for your honest assessment and telling us the roof was ok. While some companies prefer to grab a quick buck by inventing problems, I think GHC will get more business in the long run by their honesty and good work ethic.

Excellent experience overall. The team stopped by when promised to give me the estimate, which seemed right in line with my insurance company estimates. Paid half up front then the balance when done. Due to rain, had to postpone one day, but no issues there. As promised they were done within 5 hours or so, no mess, everything picked up and cleaned as promised and the match with existing shingles was great. Would definitely use them again.

They are from Angie's List and it was an insurance project because of the storm damage. I will use them again in the future.

I had a handyman tell me that he observed that I had hail damage to my roof that I should have it fixed or replaced as soon as possible. I called GHC for a "second opinion". Brian Newman came out to inspect on the same day I called. After about a 30 minute inspection he determined that, other than normal aging, I did not have any roof damage. Further, he checked the seals around all of the through-the-roof vents and the condition of my rain gutters. He said that under normal conditions I should have several more years of life in this roof. You can bet that when I do need a new roof, I will be calling this company.

Contracted GHC as Jeff Church was a fully accredited hail damage specialist. Then employed GHC to re-roof house. Very professional at the most reasonable price.

Called for estimate, estimate completed quickly. They sent all info electronically to insurance company, job was approved. Job completed in one day.

Caleb Allen came to my door after a hail storm. He contracted my insurance agent and installed new roof, replaced damaged gutters and cleaned up. He was on time, very pleasant and professional. Nice young man.

We had hail damage from a storm. We contacted various companies to provide estimates and GHC Professional Roofing were called on Monday. We had an estimate by Monday afternoon. The job was scheduled for the Friday of that same week. The crew of eleven arrived right on time at 8:00. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. They finished the job, cleaned up and left by 1:00. Jeff church called the next morning to check and make sure everything was satisfactory. He followed up again with an on site visit the Monday after the work was completed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He filed the insurance paperwork for us. We were very pleased with the quality of work done by his team.

Great. Everything GHC said they would do the did. No hassles, no problems, no delays. Very good people to work with. Outstanding work and finished roof. Highly recommend this roofing company.

Overall, the experience went very well. The job was finished in a timely manner & within the time estimated. The roofers were courteous and professional. During the project, they took the time to clean up daily. They really went above and beyond. We're getting ready to start working on a second home, so we will definitely give them a call when it's time to start that roofing project. I'm so happy with their services and I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work that GHC Professional Roofing performed for us. Jeff Church first inspected my roof with my insurance adjuster. Then, GHC replaced our roof. They installed 30 year architectural shingles for a very fair price. GHC completed the job in one day (arrived 9am and left by 7pm). I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of their crew. They were not sub-contractors. With having children, I was very concerned with the clean-up after the project was complete. I was very happy with the work GHC did to clean up. Jeff was very easy to work with. He was very punctual and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. He was definitely interested in making sure I was happy with the work.
