Description of Work: I had a problem - my air conditioning system failed. I have a high end kennel and take pride in the quality of care dogs receive here. The first several numbers I called on a Sat. were answered by voicemail - that isn't good enough. When I called Allied Aire the owner answered the phone himself, described his schedule and fit me in. He was EARLY !, had the problem fixed in ten minutes and I bought a years service contract on the spot. Knowledgeable, efficient and accurate - what more could I have asked for. Thank you.
