C & E Appliance Service Repair

The service was performed the same day. The only negative is that the bill was comprised of three components, Trip Charge, Diagnosis Charge and Repair Charge. I was charged the diagnosis charge even though I provided the diagnosis myself. I actually even told the repairman on the phone what parts to bring for the repair. Not a major issue as the convenience of the repair out weighed the expense.

He called after the 4 hr time frame to say he would be another 4 hrs. Worked on the washer for a little while and told me it worked fine and he didn't see anything wrong. He didn't charge me and left. I found the washer still didn't drain and made a horrible noise. I hired someone else who put in a new water pump. At least the poor service I received was free.

Moses was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was willing to come back to my house several times in order to ensure that the project was completed. He provided excellence customer service and I would gladly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Moses was able to quickly diagnose the issues with our washer & dryer, ordered the parts, and came back the next day to get them working again. He explained the process and did a great job.

Moses was FANTASTIC!!! He came out and fixed my refridgerator within 2 hours of my call! Then, later that night, I thought it was broken again, so Moses drove back to Matthews (from Huntersville) at 7:00pm to follow up only to find out that the fridge had gone into a defrost cycle and was actually working fine! C&E will go above and beyond to do what needs to be done to fix the problem!!! I will absolutely call them the next time I have an issue!!!

Courteous and professional. Happy with the service. One caveat, this company charges a $49.95 service fee for an estimate. I also recommend you receive the estimate prior to approving your project and not after job is completed.

Friendly and reliable. Could have easily charged me for a part/service but instead said it wouldn't be worth my while to repair since I could get a new dryer for almost as much as the repairs would have cost. I appreciated the honesty.

The only one that actually fixed our problem. I think the others were looking for the easy fix. Our problem was complicated and the tech Moses was the real deal. He fixed ALL of our issues.

f you need to have an appliance repaired definitely call Moses. He will not stop until the appliance is working and his prices are very fair! We actually had two appliances that were broken and Moses was great at diagnosing and repairing our refrigerator. And the washing machine he recommended that we purchase a new one because it was going to be more expensive to repair our old one. I appreciate that...just tell me the truth so I don't waste my money! He is going to an Appliance convention this weekend and is going to look into upgrading another appliance for me. He really is a nice guy and a great repair man! Thanks Moses.
