Overall the experience went well. They came when they said they would on the original appointment day after calling ahead 30 minutes prior to notify me they were on the way. They were professional (uniforms were in good shape; mailed me a final computerized detailed invoice) and stated clearly what they would do (clean the coil since it had been a while; add refrigerant; routine maintenance) and the charges that would be involved. Our unit is running much smoother now full of refrigerant and having been cleaned and lubed. I plan on using these guys in the future to do routine maintenance on our system.

They are straight forward and explain things very well. Their pricing is reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

I punched a hole in the gas line in our garage. They came, out, reviewed the line and the damage, and put in a coupling to repair the leak. Since it is a coupling, it has to be accessible, so they installed a box around the coupling. Once done, they inspected for leaks and reattached the line to the manifold.

Good. Signed up for maintenance plan $240/yr and paid for replaced parts.

Everything has gone very well. They're very cooperative, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend them to others, as well as use them again in the future.

On the one of the coldest days of the year, my gas furnace decided to blow cold air. Richardson Heating and Air responded promptly to my call, showed up on time, conducted a thorough investigation, took extra time to explain my somewhat unusual situation, and returned the next day to install the new furnace. When unusual temperature fluctuations caused condensation problems, a service tech was at my house in less than an hour. This was on a Saturday before Christmas. He left his Christmas shopping to quickly resolve my problem. I was so impressed that I went ahead and signed up for the annual maintenance contract.

I am happy with Richardson's. It has been working just fine for two years now. They are very good at what they do. My house has no shortage of power and is up to date. I do not remember what they charged to do the job as it has been a while ago.

This company is very ethical and honest. That is the first thing that I noticed besides the great work that was done. He made sure to answer my questions so that I would not have to pay extra money for services or parts/supplies that I did not need. I was very impressed with this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I woke up in the middle of the night with no heat, and it was in the 20's (degrees-brr). I found the company here on Angie's List and called them. They said that they would have someone call me back. Not 5 min later I got a call back and they said they would be at my house for a free estimate in 30 to 60 minutes. They got there in 35 minutes and within an hour they had figured out the problem. They repaired some wiring and told me that that might fix the problem but there was a 50/50 chance, if not the valve would need to be replaced. They had the valve in stock and could install it asap. They were very clear with my options and I chose to wait and see. Well, the easy fix didn't work. I called and requested they install the valve and they did it the next morning. They were great to work with and answered my (many) questions.

The workers were very professional and friendly. They made sure to be on time and complete the work in a good amount of time. I was very impressed with the quality of work that was preformed and I have recommended this company to many people that I know. I would say that the price was reasonable and the quality is superb.

I think they did a heck of a good job on my furnace. These were some real nice guys. They will even handle all the yearly maintenance on it. I like that I am already noticing big savings on my fuel bill. They were real clean about the whole process and gave me a warranty which they will service if needed.

Richardson was able to get our new gas line hooked up in less than an hour. They made sure they put in a shutoff valve so that if we needed to, we could shut it off. They are very safety conscious and we are really happy with the way things were done.

I was delighted by the way they could handle every situation with such professionalism and the prices are very reasonable. I have recommended this company to all of my friends and family. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I will be definitely calling this company to come and do other jobs in my home in the near future.

THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT REPAIRS NEED TO BE MADE AND THEY MAKE THEM. I TRUST THEM TO DO A GOOD JOB ON THE FURNACE AND TO KEEP IT RUNNING PROPERLY. THEY CHECK EVERYTHING WHEN THEY COME OUT.
