Jimmie was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Of the estimates and recommendations I received for mold remediation in my crawlspace, I thought Jimmie's approach seemed the most logical and thorough. Pricing was fair, and the service was prompt with regular communication from him and his team about progress and next steps. He even performed an extra preventative measure that wasn't included in the estimate. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible experience. Dishonest workers, Thief, Stole money for Services NEVER RENDERED. The General Contractor Jimmie, brought over to the house, a guy named Reginald Ferguson, ( i.e. Reggie ) Reggie is a THIEF, Stay the **** Away from Reggie. I paid Reggie $499.16 for just installing a UV light in the Attic A/C unit and rapping a pipe . Reggie said to me In August 8th, 2022, "I will NOT charge you for TODAY's visit (8/8/2022), But if you want me to come to your house for FUTURE visits, it will cost you $89 per visit. Reggie said to me " One visit for this September , 2022 and another Visit next year on March 2023 " So like an idiot I PRE-PAID Reggie TWO payments of $89 EACH. I called Reggie back on his cell phone, I told him " I do NOT NEED his services, please RETURN my TWO PAYMENTS of $89 for a total of $178" , Reggie said to me "I am not going to give you your money back, that was for services for me coming over the house" I said to Reggie, "You said this was for FUTURE services !" Reggie said "No, those payments were for me coming over your house " To those reading this , Reggie is a LIAR, Thief, Fraud !! The guy should be charged and taken to court for Lying to customers. Stay away from J&L Home Improvement, because Jimmie will bring other people over the house for a quick "Side Hussle" to Steal your money. Lessons Learned , Really Dishonest people out there, Watch Out !!! Also, Reggie did a crappy job intalling the UV light, just used Duct Tape to loosely keep the light in place , but it comes out , and is dangerous and wobbles. Now, to be fair, Jimmie himself is probably a nice person, BUT , the problem with Jimmie is that he brought over a THIEF named Reggie to my house, who is VERY DISHONEST, So for that reason , you need to stay away.

Jimmie provided courteous, professional and timely service for our mold remediation needs. Jimmie presented a detailed plan for services and, with patience, thoroughly addressed all questions and concerns expressed about the process. Jimmie went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with the end results! We will certainly utilize his services again should the need arise. He did a great job!
