The production manager, Scott, worked with us and our work schedule to get the installation done. Thad and the rest of the work crew showed up early and worked with me to get the windows done in a sequence that I requested to maintain my pets. They did a very good job of containing any lead paint debris and as soon as one set of windows was removed, they were installing the new set and there was minimal time without something in the window slots, which was good as it was cold outside. All the workers were very diligent and considerate when working inside the house and did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves as they went instead of waiting until the end of the work day, which really impressed me. They had all 30 windows replaced by early afternoon and finally took lunch. They finished foaming all the windows and got up what trim they had material for that first day (not all the material was provided to them to do the job that day). The crew came back the next day and finished the trim and all the caulking and showed me how to work the windows to clean them. The doors were not installed until 3 weeks later due to the doors not being ready and my schedule, but Thad and the crew showed up early that day as well. The doors had a couple more issues with installation, but the crew went to the local hardware store and got the materials they needed and stayed a couple of hours later and finished the job in one day vice the day and a half originally scheduled. My overall experience can be best summed up this way, the products are excellent, the workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail and cleanup of the job sites was the best I have seen, the sales representative was very knowledgeable, but we felt the sales tactics were pressured and the cost was a little high. My fiancé hopes that we don?t have to use the lifetime guarantee on the windows and hopes the cost was worth it.

From the moment I submitted my request for a quote until the last screen was in place, the Window Nation team were on time, trust-worthy and reliable. They respected my time which is something most companies don't do these days. I loved the demonstration about the efficiency of the new windows. Our home is over 30 years old and the original windows had never been replaced. We could feel the difference as soon as they were installed. It was the end of the hot summer season and the beginning of fall. We love having the fresh air come in without the threat of intruders (insects)! We have a big picture window in our kitchen and it's great to be able to see into the backyard without those small little window panes blocking our view. We are thrilled with our new energy efficient windows and can't wait to see the savings in our heating and air conditioning bills!

My wife and I had 5 windows replaced. They were triple pane and highly rated. As an architect, I was very pleased with the quality of the windows and service was good. They did not size one of windows properly, but it had reordered and shipped very quickly. I would recommend them again, the windows were well worth the price.

They came out Monday and took out two windows, replaced them, took a two hour lunch and then returned, got their stuff and left . The next day, they tore out the remaining windows and put on the inside trim only. They were about to leave when I pointed out that the insulation was still showing and they needed to fix that in case of rain. They put plastic over the windows and left. The next day, they said they were on another job and wouldn't be able to make it out. The next day, they said they couldn't come out. We agreed that they would come out July 5th and they never actually showed up. I called and they told me that they would come out the next day.Only to be told they could not make it and I was told that they would come the next day. They sent someone out and only painted the trim but I had to call and let them know they also needed to finish the windows At no time did anyone call me to let me know they would not be coming out, I had to call them.When i called for the last time and told them i was just going to get someone to finish the job, the worker called me and told me this was not window nations fault. His wife had left him and it had really messed with his head. Prior to starting the job, the salesman informed me that the company was on Angie's List and A-rated.Which I found out they are not rated. After the installation was finally completed. There was a gash in one of the windows and a lock was broke on another one. I had asked the service manager for this area to come out when I was at home. He said he could get out here the only day I was not going to be at home. I just told him to do what ever he wanted to do, because that was what they did through out the whole job any way. I just hung up on him, he then returned a call about a half hour later and agreed to my terms. He came out and said the sash had to be replaced and they put nails in where ribbits should have been, they would be back out next week to fix it I am still waiting in the second week. *****UPDATE****** A survey operator called, and when I found out who it was about. I told him he did not want to talk to me. He informed me he was from a independent company, so I told him all about it. 5 minutes after that call I recieved a call from Danielle Yurko ( service and installation manager) for window nation. She was extremely upset and infuriated. She informed me that they do not do bussiness like that. she was very apologetic. I was really impressed with Danielle. There was no way on God's green earth I would have ever referred anyone to window nation, but after talking to her I have changed my mind, they are a company that contracts out their work. She said as a customer I should have never heard anything about the mans personal life. She sent me a gift certificate for all my troubles.
