Valiant roofing

My home is in worse shape now than it was when they started. I wanted the decking replaced. The OSB was not spaced 1/8 of an inch on all sides. This requirement is printed on the OSD wood and on the label. Instead of cutting holes in the OSB for the pipes with a saw, hammers were used to bash holes in the OSB wood. Both of these were brought to the attention of the company and I was told that was how they always did the work. All of the decking now has to be replaced. I wanted "GAF Weather Watch Leak Barrier" installed. It says in the contract "Valiant to install GAF WeatherWatch Ice & Water Underlayment around entire perimeter, septic pipes, vents, and walls parallel to all roof planes." The underlayment was not installed. Their remedy to this was to send a man unannounced up on the roof with a small piece of underlayment and put it under around one of the five vents. I contacted GAF and was told that all of the shingles and felt would have to be removed to install the WeatherWatch Ice & Water. Then NEW Feltbuster and NEW shingles would have to be installed. The front LeafGard gutter was damaged and will have to be replaced. The hole in the new decking was not in the correct location and the furnace vent pipe was pushed to one side to fit the new hole. We are fortunate that we had a working carbon monoxide detector. The alarm went off a week later and I found the pipe was unhooked at the furnace and leaning at the same new angle as the section that came through the roof.
