Description of Work: Carl replaced a diverter cartridge on my Jacuzzi tub. He had to order the part, so it took several days. He called when the part came in and came for the scheduled appointment. He's my new favorite plumber!

Description of Work: He attached a water connection for a new dishwasher, but he has done major things before in our apartment. He has replaced the commodes and unclogged lines and various things. He is available anytime.

 + -1 moreResponded very timely to emeregency call in late afternoon and stayed until work was completed in a very professionall manner. This was our third experience with this plumber and all experiences have been very good. He is not cheap, however.
Description of Work: We found wet carpet and in our dining room and were not sure of where the water was coming from. Turned out that there was a leak in the connection to the ice maker in the refrigerator. He replaced the old plastic line from sink to refrigerator valve and then the plastic line in the refrigerator itself. Helped to mop up water in the kitchen and helped us contact someone to dry carpet.

 + -1 moreCarl has come out to our house many times over the years to do emerwork. He always comes out the same day when I call. He has fixed problems with our water heater and issues with clogged sink drains. He is very calm, very fair, very professional and will send invoice rather than billing you when he does the job. I would definitely recommend him to other members.
Description of Work: We use VIP Plumbing for any plumbing work we need done in the house.

HE SHOWED UP ON TIME WITH THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, LOOKED AT OTHER ITEMS THAT WE HAD ISSUES WITH, DISCUSSED GENERAL CONCERNS, AND HE EVEN OFFERED TO REPLANT IN THE AREA WHERE HE HAD DUG UP THE PIPE! HE RESPECTED OUR HOME. HE PUT THE EDGING STONES BACK IN PLACE WHEN HE WAS DONE. THERE WERE NO BIG HAND PRINTS OR CLODS OF DIRT LEFT ALL OVER THE HOUSE, EVEN THOUGH HE WALKED THROUGH THE ENTIRE HOUSE CHECKING THINGS -- UNUSUAL FOR WORKMEN!
Description of Work: RAN CAMERA, REMOVED BUSH, REPLACED SECTION OF SEWER LINE, REPLACED CLEAN OUT, ADDED PIPE HANGERS, REPLACED 2 TOILET HANDLES AND FLAPPERS.
