They were fine. They gave good price for the linoleum. They were very professional in doing the job. The guy who did the work and the owner were good.

We expected to pay more for the job and were very satisfied.

My husband and I needed carpet in two basement rooms but didn't have a large budget. Abe, the owner, was thoughtful and recommended the best options for our situation. Luckily he had several rolls of the same carpet in his remnant area that we could use in these two large rooms. It was a high quality berber that we would not have been able to afford otherwise. We got beautiful carpet for a great price with this option. I picked the carpet yesterday and they installed it this morning. It looks great and we are so happy with it!

Abe had installed a new kitchen and foyer floor for us in November, 2008. After experiencing his excellent service, we knew that we would go back to him to purchase carpet. But first we had to obtain and schedule painting. Once we had that planned, we contacted Abe, selected the carpet, and planned for the install once the painters completed their work. Abe worked with us throughout this entire process - providing carpet samples that we could review next to chosen paint colors, doing the baseboard removal and installation work prior to the painters start date so that they could paint the new baseboard, and then scheduling and installing the new carpet in just a few days after the painting completed. It only took them one day to remove all the old carpet and install the new. They did an excellent job and I know that I can always depend on Abe to do what he says he will do. I will continue to go back to his company for any flooring needs that I have in the future.

I needed carpet installed in my house by September 13, for a big event my wife was having. After being stood up 3 times by a company recomended by a friend, my wife suggested I make good use of our Angie's List membership (why did'nt I think of this?). I called University Flooring and spoke with Leo, who promised they could install the carpet within the week that was left before our deadline. I went in, picked out the carpet, Leo orderded it and they came to install it on time just like they promised. I also met Mr. Abe Nasralla, the owner, who is a man I will sum up in one word...HONEST. Any problem we encountered, they bent over backwards to correct. The installers were punctual, professional an worked like bees. I will place my name behind this company any day!!! If you are looking for a fair price and a better experience, this is your place.

We went by the University Flooring store on Saturday, November 1. Our neighbors had recommended this business and its owner, Abe Nasralla. We looked at various samples and talked vinyl, tile, and carpet with Abe. He suggested that he could bring the samples to our house to help in the decision and made an appointment for the next Wednesday, November 5. Abe arrived on time and assisted us with picking out the material. The material had to be ordered and we scheduled the install for Saturday, November 29. I appreciated the fact that Abe worked with us to do the install on Saturday. Abe and his two employees arrived on time for the install and the two installers worked nearly non-stop from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. They were very careful about moving appliances and cleaning up as they went. Abe had even offered to install a new toilet for us in the half bath since they take up the existing toilet to do the floor. (We purchased one from a home improvement store). I am extremely satisfied with the finished work and plan to use this company again when we replace the carpet.

They were really knowledgeable and helpful in making a decision on what type of carpet to install. They left the place immaculate when they left. The owner called twice to make sure we were satisfied with the work as it was getting done. He kept us informed and up-to-date on the progress of the job.
