 + -1 moreGreg replaced a valve, giving us the impression that the back-up issue at our house would be fixed with this new valve, which cost us $724. After he replaced the value, the back-up issue continued...and continues to this day (Dec, 2013). Each time I called him to try to get some help with the problem, he would say to me on the phone, "Sorry, I wish I could help, but I don't know what is causing the issue." He would not come out to even give it a second look. He seems knowledgeable and seems to be a nice guy, but he does not stand behind his work. I would not recommend using this plumber.
Description of Work: Replaced a valve in our backwater system.

Description of Work: We have used Greg multiple times. He is very professional and does what his estimate states. He is always on time and has provided quality service at a reasonable price. I would recommend him for his services.

 + -1 moreGreg, returned the calls which several others did not to fix a leak. His estimate was reasonable and he fixed the problems that we needed upon a reasonable time. I would use again.
