Sam gives great service. One evening we found water under the sink in kitchen. My husband called Sunbelt. The next morning he called early and said he would be here in early afternoon. He arrived right on time and diagnosed that disposal was the source of the water. He had a disposal on his truck. He immediately replaced it and it works great. He was here less than an hour. A job well done.

The job went well and the faucets are working well as expected.
For this type of work, give Sunbelt Plumbing a call a couple of days
in advance to get a good date.
If you're not going to do a replacement yourself, I'd recommend
purchasing the faucets sets from a reputable manufacturer in
advance as recommended by Sunbelt and let him do the rest.
You should be pleased with results.

We haven't had any problems with our toilet since. We only had to pay the service call, as he was able to do all the work from within the house.

We have been using Sun Belt Plumbing for some time. Sam, the owner, is always prompt, efficient, and has reasonable prices.

Sam has been my plumber for around 20 years and I have never been disappointed. I have 13 properties including my own home so I have gotten to know him well over the years. He's a great person to work with. He always promptly returns my call and meets me at our appointed time. I do some plumbing myself and I recognize that he is very good at what he does making it look simple, which it is not. I recently had a leak into a crawlspace at a kitchen sink. From my description of what was happening he knew what it probably was before he arrived and he was correct. I had a carpenter look at doing repairs where damage was caused in the area of the leak and he had his own plumber give me an estimate and describe what he would do to fix it. His price was 3 1/2 times higher and the way he was going to fix the problem was overkill and not needed. Sam stands by his work although I have never had to call him back to work on anything he has already fixed. I highly recommend using Sunbelt plumbing and I don't use anyone else.

I called Sam to tell him my mom had water coming up in both of her shower drains. I had to leave him a message but he called me back within an hour or two. He told me to try flushing the toilets a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a sewer backup problem that maybe the city should deal with. I did it & that wasn't it. I called him back & he said to then pour some liquid plumber in them & give it time to work. I did & left it overnight but the water was still there so I called him once again. He came out that afternoon, cleaned the drains, & was super nice through the whole thing. I thought it was especially great that he took the time to call me & suggest things I could do for free before resorting to a house call. I had called Dickerson Plumbing that wanted $115 an hour just to show up & then if they used a machine to clear the drains, it would cost extra depending on which one they used. Sam charges $80 an hour & the machine is included! Now, Sam's the ONLY plumber I'll call!

Sam came out the day after I called. He called me 30 minutes before meeting me at the house. He was very pleasant and personable. After he cleared the drain, he filled and drained the washing machine to be sure everything was draining properly. Since an hour had not elapsed, I asked him to fix a drippy outdoor faucet. He was able to do this quite quickly. I was pleased with the quality of work he did and his efficiency.
