Doug Iverson and his team did an excellent job from planning to completion. Doug personally inspected the roof on several occasions and made various recommendations. The roofing crew worked diligently on the project, and completed the new roof within 2 days. Doug supervised all aspects of the job, with good follow up. Clean up of errant roofing nails was excellent. General trash clean up was a little lacking, with shingle tabs blowing all over the yard for a few days afterwards. I would definitely use Sta-Dry Construction again.

They did a fabulous job. They were super accommodating as I wanted to get the roof done before I started my heating and AC project. The roof needed to get in there and he was able to move some things around and get me into his schedule. He was just super nice and he helped me pick out the shingles; we talked about the different options that were available. He did a complete tear off and picked everything up. Doug was here supervising often and the crew members were great. He was very careful considering the areas that would be effected on the inside; they brought in tarps to make sure there wasn't anything residual getting into my attic. He gave me a lot of really good advice on people to contact as well. He offered a very reasonable, competitive price. I was pleased with him on all fronts.

Our 23-year-old roof experienced some leaks after a storm. We decided to have interior renovations done at the same time. Our general contractor recommended Doug to us. By the time we were referred to Doug, several other roofers had already taken a look and had us convinced that we'd be paying for the new roof ourselves. But Doug was convinced we had a case with our insurance company and was familiar with their claims adjustment process. Thanks to him we were successful with our claim. Doug coordinated well with our general contractor and oversaw the installation of our two new skylights, which he is certified by the manufacturer to do. The factory specs call for just dropping them into the holes for them and putting roofing cement and shingles over the edges. But that wasn't good enough to meet Doug's standards as he's seen them leak when installed that way. Instead he gave us a custom made metal flashing under the rim of skylight frame, and a waterproof rubber mat over it, followed by the shingles. And if that wasn't enough, he put water diverters on the roof over the skylights to prevent excessive water pressure there. All of this was done for no additional cost to us. The main roof install was done quickly (2 days for a very large roof) and very well. Our landscaping and deck were protected during the installation and we had no issues with his crew. Ventilation is much improved versus the old roof. And with the shingles Doug helped us pick out, our home looks great and has experienced no further issues with the roof. And if all of this wasn't enough, Doug took some time to help me get some new aluminum gutter filters. I will definitely recommend Stay Dry to others and will not hesitate to give Doug my business in the future.

This crew is outstanding!!!! His seven workers (average 10 years experience) went to work as soon as the shingles and supplies arrived. They finished the job the next day within 5 hours. We have not found a single nail in our yard. We have an extraordinary lawn and they respected the property beyond our expectations. No music. Just continuous work. Removed shingles were on the ground less than an hour. Doug's price was very competitive and adjusted his quote for an excess square or two. I highly recommend his crew for roofing work. In fact, Doug first quoted in October and recommended that they not do the work until the temperatures were colder to protect my lawn and shrubs. Thus we waited until March, 2012. A few of the men have been with him for 18 years. It is my pleasure to offer his firm as true roofing experts with care and professionalism beyond a home owner's expectation.

I really think that he should be listed on Angie’s list. He did an awesome job. He is just fantastic. I liked his attention to details. He covered all of my flower beds. He made structures for them so that they don’t damage the flower beds. They cleaned up everything after they finished the work. The roof is of highest quality. He actually over delivered. He gave more for our money. My interaction with him was great. He is a very nice, energetic, and honest guy. When he says something he does it. He has been in the business for a long time. He was very responsive and showed up exactly on time.
