 + -1 moreThis company gave us the lowest bid for our project. I probably would not use them again and I'll tell you why. The owner, who was great, passed away. So, although the new owner is probably fine and dandy we just do not know him. We have since changed companies. The company did an excellent job at our home. The only thing that I did not like is that they are sometimes hard to get a hold of. Otherwise, their work is thorough and accurate. They do a great job.
Description of Work: This company put in a heating and air conditioning pump for us in the crawlspace of our 2000 square foot home.

 + -1 moreMY TRANE AIR CONDITIONER QUIT WORKING ON A THURSDAY EVENING. I CALLED SOUTHLAND ON FRIDAY MORNING, RALPH SAID HE WOULD BE OUT AT 12 NOON. HE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, INSPECTED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM, INSIDE AND OUT, FOUND PROBLEM, FIXED IT AND DEPARTED. HE ONLY CHARGED ME FOR COMING OUT, COULD HAVE CHARGED ME WITH NEW PARTS, ETC. WAS VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.
