They cleaned up 2 trees for me - both look great. Seemed really honest about what was needed. I have recommended this company and will definitely use them again.

They do excellent work and are knowledgeable about what needs to be done and the best way to do it.

The owner Matt is very professional and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to my initial call and scheduled a time to come out and take a look at my trees. When he came out he was great - he walked around my yard with me, sharing knowledge and advice. He knew what our trees needed and what they didn't. There are a couple of large trees very close to our home that I was afraid might need to come down. He said that he'd hate to take them down when he could just trim them a bit to provide clearance. I was so relieved and really appreciated his honesty, especially considering that I had thought the job might be much larger and more expensive. He gave me a price and told me it would be a few weeks before they could come out to do the work. Afterwards, he checked in with me so that I knew he hadn't forgotten about us. He was honest and upfront in every way and I greatly appreciated it. The morning they came out and did the work they were fast and careful. We were very happy with the work they did and our crepe myrtles look much healthier now. I plan to use them for all of our tree service needs in the future.

Matt and his team did a great job. They worked quickly and surprisingly quietly and cleaned up as if they had never been there. I was really happy I decided to use them and will again.

They did a great job. They are knowledgeable, timely, efficient and did a very good job. They were a very good company. I highly recommend them to anybody who want trees cut down or stumps round up.

I ended up going with another company but in hind sight, I should have gone with Southern Canopy. My only knock was that Matt could not give me an approximate date the work could be done and after ~ 10 days of not hearing from them, I went with another company that was a similar price but lesser quality of work in my opinion

We needed some tree work in the community that consisted of removing several large trees and pruning several large trees. Additionally, we wanted to put together a long-term plan to address the large trees in our community that had received no attention for 25 years or so. Matt and his crew did an excellent job with the removal and pruning. They were punctual, courteous and professional throughout. Matt has worked with us to put together a long-term plan for our community's trees. His advice and his proposals have been excellent. We plan on using Matt's services as the community addresses all of its tree maintenance needs. His company is an excellent fit for our size community. We're very happy with Southern Canopies.

He was very responsive and cost effective. There was some work he couldn't do but he outsourced it. I liked that he didn't try to do something that was outside his scope of expertise. The guy he works with is great too. I called around for prices and his was the best. I will definitely use him in the future.

I have two very large willow oaks that are close to my house. Matt pruned them both and mulched the trimmings. Very professional and punctual. After the work, my husband noticed one limb that was missed and Matt came back to take care of it. Very impressed with his work and his service.
