Up until I met Sondra, my search consisted of the excitement of rushing to see a house I found on Realtor.com and the frustration and disappointment after seeing it in person. One day after complaining to one of my co-workers about my lack of luck finding a house, he recommended Sondra, who had helped a number of staff at my company. After spending some time getting to know what I wanted, Sondra quickly used her knowledge of the area--she is from North Carolina--to help me weed out areas that would be a waste of time since the commute to work would have been horrible. Sondra patiently took me to showing after showing until I finally found the house that I came to purchase. There was a lot of frustration on the way dealing with seller's and agents who didn't have the same integrity as Sondra. However, she helped me through the emotional roller coaster until I finally found the right house with a seller and agent who was willing to work with us to close the deal smoothly. I still stay in touch with Sondra as she is a sincere and knowledgeable person who is always there when you have a question. Also, she recently helped my parents buy a house in South Carolina while they worked with an associate of her's who helped them sell their townhouse in New York.
