Description of Work: Installed custom pull-out shelves in my pantry cabinet which is an odd size. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable and his installer is good, efficient and cleans up after his work. I hope to do other cabinets in the future.

Description of Work: They made their presentation on what their genie shelves could do in my kitchen. My husband and I liked it and purchased what would work for us. They have come and measured our cabinets and will come back and install the shelves we selected in a couple of weeks. We are having the genie shelves put in both of our corner cabinets, one side cabinet and our pantry.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon for $199 for $499 value. I then had to add an additional $179 to get one cabinet with two pull-out drawers. Extremely disappointed in the value I received for money spent. Next time, I'll take my money to Home Depot or Lowes -- who would have thought that $678 would only buy one two-drawer cabinet. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Members who purchase the Big Deal are given the opportunity to receive a refund from Angie's List if they decide not to contract for services purchased. As was discussed with client before the initial onsite visit, the free design consultation does not require a purchase of the solution we offer nor is the client forced or coerced into purchasing the solution we recommend. The details listed on the Big Deal also offer a range of budget needed to complete common solutions, which allows the member to determine if they would like to spend certain amounts on solving a problem. I stand behind our solution process as a superior value to those members looking for a complete design, build and installation provider. Our business is family owned and we strive to provide excellent customer service. At the completion of our projects and prior to final payment being collected, clients are given a checklist to document their experience. If they feel as if we have not delivered as promised, then we would hope the client would answer honestly and contact me directly as offered on the checklist. In this instance, the client completed his checklist indicating that they would hire us again and refer us to friends and family. The service went very well overall! We saw them at a home show in Charlotte, and asked them to look at our kitchen. We then purchased the service along with several shelving units. They showed up on time, were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. We did have one issue, but they took care of it immediately. They did a good job!

The service was very good overall. They came out quickly, but it took about 5 weeks to build the shelves, but everything is custom built. They are pricey, but I’m very happy with their services!
