Thank you for your feedback to members on your project. We take delivering a custom solution very seriously from design, installation and customer experience. Members who purchase the Big Deal are given the opportunity to receive a refund from Angie's List if they decide not to contract for services purchased. As was discussed with client before the initial onsite visit, the free design consultation does not require a purchase of the solution we offer nor is the client forced or coerced into purchasing the solution we recommend. The details listed on the Big Deal also offer a range of budget needed to complete common solutions, which allows the member to determine if they would like to spend certain amounts on solving a problem. I stand behind our solution process as a superior value to those members looking for a complete design, build and installation provider. Our business is family owned and we strive to provide excellent customer service. At the completion of our projects and prior to final payment being collected, clients are given a checklist to document their experience. If they feel as if we have not delivered as promised, then we would hope the client would answer honestly and contact me directly as offered on the checklist. In this instance, the client completed his checklist indicating that they would hire us again and refer us to friends and family.
