I'm still waiting for some hard rain

Very prompt In contacting, professional in manor and presentation. Estimate and bill matched. The roofer who did the repairs was a hard worker and professional.. we would use them again.

Supposed to come repair my roof. Never came out and never called. I tried to contact them several times and no response. I should not have to chase them around. Not a good way to do business.

A rotting rafter was not replaced when repairing the roof. The contractor claimed that it was my fault because I did not inspect the work as it was being performed. He claimed that he did not include it in the original contract because it would be too expensive. As it was not in the contract he claimed he had no obligation to fix it. He finally agreed to send someone over to look at it but said that person would bang on my door until I came out. He said that he would also come and bang on my door until I came out. He said that his workers had to be paid the same day. They added a supporting piece to the end of the rafter and I paid what was agreed to in the contract. The business card says that the BBB rating is A but the Charlotte BBB rating shows that it is not accredited with a D rating

They were on time and did the job good. I did not have no roof sealant put on. The strip on roof was rising up and I knew that was abnormal. They fixed it!! The only thing I think it was a little pricey for fixing that peice. But the job was done and the roof looks a 100% better.

They went over the entire roof, fixing any and all imperfections, after repairing the flashing my builder neglected to install, all for a great price. Both the owner and the installer were great guys, made sure to wear masks any time we were face to face, and left my property looking clean as if they were never there.
