Truck signage was magnetic. Not inspiring. But they did a great job matching the shingles and installation. They fixed up and cleaned 2 clogged and sagging gutters. Overall I’m very happy.

i would rate them lower if i could.very unreliable .my roof still leaks after paying them 1000 dollars for a patch up job.the total labor time was maybe 4 hours .i called at least 6 or 8 times to see if they would come back out to finish but they never did.I feel as though i have been robbed and lied to.do not hire roof solutions.

The only thing I was not happy with is that a safety harness was not used. They did good work but I was concerned about safety. I would use them again but would enforce the safety aspect.

Miller was very honest and took the time to explain the difference between a roof tune up and replacing the entire roof. He did not try to force me to replace the entire roof. The work was done on time they checked if they found something before proceeding. I was very satisfied J Austin

I worked with Miller of Roof Solutions on a couple of roof repairs. He was exceptionally responsive and professional and, economical. I have had multiple roofing vendors for various projects including full roof replacement and I rate Miller and Roof Solutions the best by far.

Mr. Stergo came to my house exactly the time he said. Checked over my roof and told me it didn't look like I specifically needed a new roof at this time, that all I needed was a "tune-up". Did the job next day (3 and a half hours) and cleaned out gutters. From what all I could tell, Adam did a great job. He was all over the roof. He explained exactly what all he did. I kept him in cold water and he kept me informed, ha.

Very very nice guys. Dependable too. Great work and he explained to me exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely keep them in mind for my roofing needs. Hopefully I wonâ t have to call them but if I need repairs in the future I will definitely give them a call!

I had a few missing shingles replaced. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Vince worked out a payment arrangement for me because this was a surprise expense. I know my roof needs more work, so this repair was really a stop gap measure until I can afford to give it the attention it needs . Vince explained a roof tune-up versus a complete roof replacement to let me know what options are available to get my roof in its best condition within my budget and before any major damage occurs. I will be hiring Roof Solutions again in the near future for either a tune-up or complete roof replacement. Excellent service.

They to expensive! For an hour and half. Cost me $327. Just to put three piece of aluminum up on over hang.! The man doing the work was ok and did as I said. I would hire him but not though the company. McCoy

After checking reviews and found most of them favorable, I called and talked w/Miller Stergo on 6/19/19 and decided to hire him for for a roof tune-up at a rental house 2 hours away. I told him to send me pictures and a detailed statement of what they did. On 6/22, he said my project was complete so I paid him over the phone. After not receiving these two things, I called him and he said he was out of town due to his Dad having a stroke/heart attack. I told him I would wait for a few more days to get them. By 7/1, I called him for an update. He said he was still in Ohio with his Dad. He said to give him a day or two more and he would send what I needed. As of 7/8, I still had not heard back from him nor received anything! His mailbox was always full so I could not leave any messages. I really and truly sympathize with him but can't believe he is the only one that could do this for me. By now, I'm getting pretty upset with all his excuses. Is he the only person working at this business? I feel very betrayed and uncomfortable about this project even being completed!!! I would not recommend him to anyone! I will file a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved very soon!!!!!! Update 9/20/2019---------As of today, I sent in to my credit card company an update on where the dispute stood with Roof Solutions but I was told by the credit card that he refuses to give me any money back. His invoice stated that I owed him $1200. But I paid him $1250. I did not get the invoice until after the job which took at least 3 weeks. His invoice only says I owe $1200. He is not being very cooperative and he does not want to get this resolved. Another thing is I paid him $1250 which I am entitled for $50 back. I asked for pictures and never received them and that was part of the deal. I am waiting for $50 refund plus pictures of the project. Today I have not received any of it and there is a dispute with the credit card company. I guess I will have to send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau if there is no resolution. My credit card company is trying to resolve it with Roof solutions which is why I have not started the complaint with BBB.
