The owner of the company was very professional. He came out when he said he would give me an estimate. The project was started on the agreed-upon date and completed in a timely manner. The work site was cleaned up upon completion- even down to the hose nozzle being put back where it belonged and the hose is rolled up. Very impressed with that attention to detail. Then the next day when I was able to walk around and look at the roof (could not do it when the roofer was here as I had to get my elderly mother to a medical appointment) I discovered that the three satellite dish mounts had not been removed and those areas **repaired** as agreed upon. I informed the company via email and promptly received a response that someone would be out this week to remedy the situation. Today, the same guy who did the original work came by to correct the three issues. Unfortunately, there was not the level of professionalism I expected. Not once did he speak to me and he spent a great deal of time on the cell phone while he was working. This would not be so bad except for his volume and the language used. At one point he said (to a guy friend I imagine)- **no, just us, no b*****s there**. Another call appeared to be with a girl as he was yelling and arguing with her- something about his truck and he had cleared it out before he went inside. He then yelled at her and hung up (I gather). Keep in mind I heard all of this while he was working on the roof or by his truck. My neighbor was also mowing her yard so for me to hear this indicates he was speaking loudly. This is not acceptable behavior- especially in a neighborhood with young children- nor is it indicative of a professional company. This behavior combined with the incompleted initial work makes it hard for me to rate this company any higher. I know when I have my roof replaced I will search out other companies looking for the professionalism I pay for.

Miller called back an hour after my request!! They showed up the next week to do the work. Mike the roofer, who did the repairs, was outstanding!!! I highly recommend this company!!!!

They showed up to give a look and estimate a few hours after I called. I had several holes in my roof from the storm and limbs falling. They patched the holes and you can't even tell. Great job, nice people.
