Scheduling the work was easy - they were flexible and easy to work with. Mr. Rizo told me I would have beautiful floors (which was a stretch of the imagination given the pitiful condition they were in), and he delivered. The sanded, stained, and sealed pine floors look great. Mr. Rizo is honest, quick, easy to work with, and offers very good pricing. I would recommend the company without hesitation, period.
