 + -1 moreOverall, my experiences with Rich are outstanding. With the hype and interest in investing in real estate these days it s nice to meet someone who is willing to take the time to explain everything and help build a plan to wealth (which I like). Something else cool about him is that he offers a 1 year warranty on all properties he sells. These warranties have saved us big bucks on repairs around the house.
Description of Work: Rich helps research investment homes for me. I don t have much knowledge about this field nor do I really want to know, which is where a trained and knowledgeable agent like Rich comes in handy. I liked the fact that he didn t pressure me (like other agents) to get into situations where I was over extended. This shows that he is in real estate for the long run. He does a great job and searches my exact criteria (even though it is pretty low). His philosophy for me (since I m relatively young) is to purchase lower priced condos and rent them out, slowly accumulating wealth (ie not the quick flip). Using time and the appreciating Charlotte market (in addition to 1031 exchanges) I will be able to slowly increase my investment in real estate.

He went out of his way to help us find temporary housing until we purchased our home. We would recommend Rich to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home, his professionalism and expertise are exceptional.
