 + -1 moreI am so grateful I met Belinda last year. She is one of the most responsive and caring RE Agents I've met and I've sold and bought several homes over the last 6-8 years. And best yet Belinda offers rates based on the amount of work you need. In almost 100% of cases with RE agents you will be charged 3% for any service they provide. Regardless if you do most of the work yourself on the net finding the house. Belinda charges a smaller percentage based on work you need from her and does a fabulous job as well! Thanks for looking out for the home sellers and buyers Belinda!
