R E S GUTTERING SERVICE INC

Over a three week period I called RES four different times. The first time I got the owner, described the problem and he said it was the kind of repair he does and he would look at it. Said he will call me "tomorrow" to set up a time. I did not hear anything the next day so I called the following day and left a message. Nothing. Two days after that I called got the man again who said he would do it but he needed his scheduling person to put it on the calendar. Nothing. Why I don't know but I called once final time, this time I got a lady who did schedule a time. My wife waited for her, but she did not show nor did she call to say there had been a delay. I decided to move on. If you don't want to do the job or don't have time then say it. If you make an appointment then show up or at least call to say you can't make it. I just ask these folks if they would like being treated the way they are treating others......I suspect not.

Since guards installed rainwater is still bypassing gutters and making indentations in my yard. Have called several times, since son came out but no response. I am very dissatisfied with the work and non response I have gotten from Mr. Smith.
