Description of Work: Tim was efficient and did great work and great follow up. I would recommend him in a second for anyone wanting good customer service and excellent workmanship.

+ -1 moreNSC Roofers was recommended by a friend who had a satisfactory experience with them. I had previously contacted my insurance carrier to assess my roof for damage after several other houses in my neighborhood had roofs replaced. After having two different appraisers assess the damage, neither approved my roof replacement. Tim came out and worked with the corporate office to secure another appraisal and this time, it was approved. (Came to find out that my agent never submitted a claim). Tim submitted a quote and explained the process and how the insurance would pay for the replacement. He told me the day that his crew would be there and the time and they showed up exctly when they were supposed to. Tim was on-site to supervise the work, and everything went smoothly and professionally. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely use this company again. The insurance covered all the roofing costs except for some sheets of plywood that had become water damaged.
Description of Work: Tim and his crew replaced my roof shingles.
