Description of Work: They took payment (in full) from my checking accoount without authorization. When confronted about this, the Manager said he would put the money back (issue a credit) until the job was done but, he never did! Very unprofessional, to say the least.

THEY ALSO CUT THE WIRES TO OUR SECURITY SYSTEM DURING THE HARDWOOD INSTALLATION CAUSING US TO HAVE TO PAY OUR ALARM COMPANY TO COME OUT FOR AN EMERGENCY REPAIR. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY FINISH THE WORK ON THE FLOOR. AGAIN, ONCE ALL OF THE WORK WAS DONE, THE FLOOR DOES LOOK NICE. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
