Description of Work: They never bothered to even return my call. Very poor customer service when they will not even call you back to say I am not interested or we are to busy at this time or unable to provide the service required.

Description of Work: Provided estimate for crawl space ventilation system. Also recommended complete replacement of underfloor insulation and vapor barrier. That really increased the cost of the estimate.

Description of Work: Our home tends to collect moisture in the crawl space and we decided to use the Groupon with Falcon. We didn't know anything about the company, but found them to be very professional. It is hard to rate a firm when you don't know much about what they do. It seems to us that the work was well done and we feel more at ease about the moisture build up under the house.

Description of Work: When a termite inspection company told us that we had excess moisture in the crawl space, they offered to lay plastic and enlarge grills for ~ $3500. Not accepting this, we called Falcone who came the next day and gave us an estimate of $1300 to lay plastic. They assured us that our grills were fine. Today, on schedule, they completed the job per their estimate. The result is an extremely neat and complete layout of plastic sheeting. They even removed junk items for us and hauled them away. We highly recommend Falcone.

Description of Work: Service provider showed up at my residence on 8/13/2013. Said that the vents (8" high) would not fit in my current configuration (7"). They would have to cut the foundation wall for each vent for $95 per vent. We then opted to not have this performed. Employee name was Ronnie Watkins.

I was really impressed with ther punctionality and willing to answer qustions and explain what was involved. I was ready to have them start work and other problems poped up needing attention first. I was unable to use them at this tiime but will defiently call them back soon as possiable. They will be a great business to work with.

Description of Work: I purchased 3 automatic foundation vents for $119, contacted the seller and scheduled the instal. The technician came out but was not able to instal the vents because our current vents are divided cinder blocks. I was not aware that removing the cinder block would cost an additional few hundred dollars which we cannot afford at this time.

My husband was very pleased with the quality of their work. I can't say since there is no way I will go into the crawlspace! It is wonderful to have a level kitchen and laundry room again. The workers were polite and seemed to know just what to do. They had a slight mishap with a water pipe but had it fixed by a plumber immediately. The area they had to work in was very tight and also contained the electric, gas, and water connections along with duct work. Not an easy task by any means. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: We had concerns about drainage in the backyard getting under the crawl space. Called Falcone to come inspect and provide an estimate. During the inspection we were having our flooring replaced in the kitchen and found an area under the fridge that the previous owner had a water leak. Falcone rep worked well with the flooring contractor to come up with a repair option. They went under the house a few days later and installed a column for support for our large fridge while the flooring contractor replaced the sub-floor. Falcone was very knowledgeable and honest. Even with a tight schedule they still manage to come out on a rainy day that week and put in the column. Very timely response to all phone calls and questions. The quote was reasonable for the job. Their website is GREAT by the way. Very friendly staff, VERY professional and knowledge. I would trust them for a large or small project. These guys do it right.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for installation of a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. They came out and performed an inspection. After speaking with them about the differences between a vapor barrier and a full sealing of the crawlspace, we decided that we'd rather just seal the crawlspace. Falcone quoted us to seal the crawlspace, but it was too expensive. We asked for a refund of the Big Deal and Falcone has agreed to honor it. When we decide to seal our crawlspace, we will definitely speak with Falcone. Very professional and responsive.

Description of Work: I had an estimate for my sagging 1973 over-spanned floor joists. The gentleman that came out for the estimate was very knowledgeable. However the price was very high. We had gotten estimates from local contractors in the $2-3k range. Their price was upwards of $10k. Not to say his proposal wasn't warranted, but the added cost of putting the crew up in a hotel for 3-4 days and other travel expenses really made going with this company unreasonable for us. Maybe they would be a could pick closer to their home turf.

Description of Work: These guys were right on time, thorough and very professional start to finish. We had extensive foundation repair done on our almost 100 year old home. There were many and varied issues and they fixed all of these, and took extra care on top of it all when the work was finished to make the property look better from the outside than when they found it. Communication was always easy and helpful. Our home is now much safer and stronger. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and thank them very much for their expertise and hard work.

Description of Work: A person named Marlin came out looked at my foundation problem and suggested what I should do. He told me a couple senarios. He was very professional. He said I should go to Angie's list to look for strutural engineers in this area while he went outside in his vehicle to look for strutural engineers in my area. I couldn't find any. He came back with three numbers in my area. I made an appoinment with one after talking to all three. He told me a ball park figure they would probably charge. He was very close. I was really inpressed with his professionalism.
