Description of Work: Built a support pillar under my house to correct wall cracks and door sticking. They did a great job - got a timely response, they were prompt and professional, and knew exactly how to correct my problem of wall cracking and sticking door immediately upon inspection.

Description of Work: Falcone was extremely responsive and professional in inspecting our issue and recommending the work to be done. In the end I give them A grades but the work itself was not without issues. There was some brickwork done around two support columns which was outsourced. The work was done messily and in some places shoddily. Cleanup was atrocious. Upon complaining to Falcone the owner personally came out and did some work himself and had a top notch mason come out to fix the rest. In the end it was very satisfactory. Falcone was clearly concerned with making us happy as customers.

Description of Work: Very professional. Highly recommend. Honest. Friendly. I was concerned about a crack in the brick of my house. I had a complete house inspection, interior and exterior. I was assured the crack was not a structural issue and that there was no need for any work. I was impressed. They could have soaked me for a lot of money for unneccesary work. He was very detailed and took the time to explain that the condition of the foundation did not need any work at this time. The crackes were due to normal expansion. Based on the experience I would not hestitate to use them if necessary.

Description of Work: They are installing a French drain, repairing some cracks in a brick facade and laying down a vapor barrier. Work is scheduled for the next month or so.

Description of Work: I had asked for an estimate on crawl space repair. They responded very quickly and showed up on time (10 min. delay but he called to say he was running a little late). I was having the estimate termite damage repairs and they would do the crawl space but not one small spot in the dining room wall (they do not do any inside work) - I would have had to hire another contractor for that. He did, however, recommend someone for that part of the job. I wanted it all done by one company so I wouldn't have to deal with another on.

Description of Work: He was on time and answered all my questions. He gave me a quote on work that would be "to make me feel better, but not necessary" which I decided not to have done. I appreciated his honesty and would call on this company again in the future.

Description of Work: They had to redo the job 3 times - hopefully this time it works. The owner came the second two times to do the work and was very polite and expressed regret at the poor quality of the initial workmanship.

Description of Work: Someone came out the next week on time to give us a quote on replacing the columns under our house. He assessed the situation and came to the same conclusion as our structural engineer. They are not able to begin the job till July but once they being they will be finished in 2 days. We look forward to working with them.
