Falcone supported the garage with hydraulic jacks. He tore out the leaning 3' high brick wall. He poured additional concrete foundation to now sit directly under the garage wall. He then rebuilt the brick wall to the correct height and finished the job by lowering the garage back onto the new brickwall. I was very impressed with the work he accomplished. It was very methodical and comprehensive. The mason he uses did a phenomenal job matching the existing brick work. The only complaint I might voice is the post work cleanup was not the best. But we did ask for a very aggressive time line to close the house sale on time, so this may have been a contributing factor. I would definitely recommend Falcone. He is friendly, knowledgable and can get a difficult job done at a very reasonable price.

We had several doors that would not close and three cracks in the wall where the house had settled. Fred came out right on time to assess the problem and quickly found that the builders had cut corners and not put a support pier under the rear stairs. He recomended that installing one and putting shims in three other supports. We scheduled the work and Joe and his crew arrived on time. They worked two days, built a brick pier and leveled out the entire house. They were very professional, worked very hard to finish in only two days and completed the job as promised. The doors close perfectly and the cracks are all fixed. We couldn't be happier with their work and the cost was very reasonable. We reccomend them highly.

Fred thoroughly inspected the wood situation under the house in the crawl space. He spec'd a repair job that was neither too much or too little. I paid Fred a 20% deposit. Within 2 weeks, Fred and another man arrived to start the job. Fred's first helper and another man finished the job in the next 2 days. Everyone was courteous, friendly and willing to answer many general quesions that I had about foundations and crawl space maintenance. I was given the chance personally inspected the work when it was finished. I wrote a check for the remainder due at completion and gave to Fred's able assistant. The only thing that could have made the job better was for Fred to personally come by to collect the check and to jointly inspect the finished work with me.

I had extensive water damage in the crawl space which worked its way up into the kitchen and living room subfloors. The wood structure was warped and had already begun to rot. I could tell immediately that the owner Fred was very honest and knowledgeable from the initial visit. He approached the damage site with the intention of reconstructing it with the least cost and damage to my living areas (kitchen/living room). Every decision was made very thoughtfully. They are a very busy company and initially Fred thought it could be a three week wait. However, since my situation would only take two days, they were able to fit me into their schedule sooner (only one week). The team worked very hard and efficiently. They showed up very early both days. It?s simply amazing how much they were able to accomplish in such a short time period and all while on their backs in a crawl space! The team is also very focused on quality and every decision made was to ensure durability and stability for the long run. They also were very patient with my hundreds of questions and made sure I understood the process. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing reconstruction work! They are a highly professional company with integrity, knowledge, quality, and great pricing as cornerstones.

From the start, Falcone Contracting was professional and responsive. I spoke with Melissa to schedule a consultation. Fred visited my home promptly thereafter to assess the crawl space and provide a free, written quote on the spot. Both Fred and Melissa were very prompt and courteous returning my subsequent calls to schedule the repair work and ask several questions. Nick led the team that carried out the crawl space repair work about two weeks later. The team was professional, personable, and hardworking, even faced with the challenges of previous insufficient work done to the crawl space, and a kitchen remodel that began the same day, requiring them to work with and around another contractor. After the work was completed, a sliding glass door above the area was not functioning properly. Falcone Contracting made a special visit to correct this, as well as place insulation in a small space that had been missed earlier. The crawl space now looks immaculate. No more soggy insulation hanging down and touching the ground. Gone are the moisture and termite damaged joists. I'm hopeful the additional vent will prevent the damage from recurring, and look forward to a warmer room over the crawlspace in the winter on account of the new insulation and vapor barrier.

Overall everything went fine. The bid did not mention replacing the joist but I was assured and they did replace the joinst. I did not mention replacing the subfloor because it was obvious that it needed replacing but at the end of the job I was informed that it was not included. I had assumed it was included because all other bid included that. However, the company pointed me to an individual to complete that work which was done at a reasonable cost of $200.00. I am not an engineer but the work under the house looks good to me.

They were on time for the estimate and when they scheduled the repairs to be done. The were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up their work site when finished.

Everything went great. Fred is professional and easy going. He has a crew of himself plus 3-4 other men. I made the appointment for the estimate on my first call and he arrived for the estimate appointment on time. Fred completed the work exactly how and when we agreed. His price was almost half of another estimate I received. He completed the work for the amount he estimated, even though he had to replace two piers when they unexpectedly crumbled after the weight was lifted off them. I plan to use him again to finish a few loose ends in the basement/crawlspace area.
