Description of Work: Installed 6 piers in crawl space, job went well, on time and for the quoted price. I gave them a little "ding" on quality because I would have liked the crawl space left a bit cleaner, but I did give an overall "A" and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced 110' of foundation under my porch, including new footings and additional piers for support. They worked in 95+ temps for two weeks and got the job done.

Description of Work: They came out to inspect my crawl space and assess the problems with moisture. They were very professional and honest and gave me a great overview of the problems I could be dealing with in the future. I was given an estimate on services on the spot which was great. I didn't end up hiring them for this particular service, because I felt it was a little premature and extreme, but I would definitely trust them to do solid work if I ever needed them in the future.

Description of Work: WARNING: DO NOT USE FALCONE!!! I wanted additional piers installed under our floors. While our 16 footers are code, th eyallow our flooring to flex and we have split floor tiles and sheet rock. Falcone falsely told me I needed all insulation removed and replaced, and that we had all kinds of mold rotting our joists, needed all framing washed with oxypar, then neeeded to protect all framing with Max Guard or Clear Guard coating, install several fans and control, new vapor barrier installed. My termite company came to spray for bugs the next day, inspected my crawlspace and stated there is NO MOLD under my house. Gave me a number to call Cecil Hernandez (chrnndz@clemson.edu) with the Dept. of Pesticide Regulation which issues licenses to and regulates companies who use chemicals in and under houses. He came out and said under my house was immaculate and like a new house! Fortunately, I did not use Falcone. Also, Mr. Hernandez told me the air flow under my house was excellent and it would be even nicer if we replaced the steel access doors to our crawl space with treated wood framed doors with hardware cloth vs solid steel. We did that. :)

Description of Work: they replaced one pier that was leaning and no longer supporting the floor above. they also replaced the vapor barioer and installed some insulation in spots where moisture had caused it to fall. Very prompt, reasonably priced and did all work as described. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. I would definitely use them again.
