I have had a similar experience with CMG. In short, they are horrible! Their primary concern is collecting dues for services they do not provide, are disrespectful to owners, and predatory when it comes to attempts at defaulting on properties for non payment. It is really hovering on criminal at this point. They operate with no accountability whatsoever. Anyone considering buying a property they manage should seriously reconsider.

This is the WORST property management group ever. If a potential new buyer ever learns of how this group manages the neighborhood they most likely will purchase in another neighborhood. They do not communicate, they do not even drive through that area on a regular basis. They do not reply to the residents, they do not even try to help coordinate or promote neighborhood awareness. Do not hire them, and if you are looking for a management company. I will advise anyone I know to never purchase a home in any neighborhood they manage.

Absolutely horrible! It took weeks for them to respond to my request and now it has been almost 4 months and they have done nothing I requested. This company needs to reevaluate its priorities and actually put its customers first. If you can avoid doing any business with these people, I promise it will be the best decision you have ever made.
