I was needing exterior repairs done on a 30 year old home. Joe was very responsive and within a few days he examined the necessary repairs and provided a detailed quote which was very reasonable. Great work by great people! Joe and his team are professional, courteous, respectful, and good at their craft. We had a somewhat complex job and scheduling constraints working around multiple contractors, and Joe was extremely understanding and diligent in meeting our needs. His crew did a fine job in very uncomfortable high heat index conditions. They did not let their discomfort get in the way of doing a good job. We had a few minor issues as can be expected in any large scope but were able to work through those due to Joe's great communication throughout the process. Joe treats your house as if it is his own. Bella Home Services did an excellent job repairing a section of drywall and insulation in our dining room. It looks good as new and you cannot tell a section of drywall was ever removed. They are very prompt, thorough and professional. They really care that the customer is happy with the finished results. We will hire them again for future needs.

Jeremy did the quote and the work and he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the home. We contacted Bella Home Services to repair the drywall in the ceiling of a bedroom closet and in the ceiling of a bathroom. Leaks had developed causing damage to theses ceilings from water coming in from the roof. The team that came to do the work was very prompt and professional. They took care to remove the part of the ceiling that had some mold so as not to disturb any spores and cut out the areas of drywall that needed replacing. They were very particular in doing their work and once the new drywall was in place and dried, they painted the ceilings in those two areas. We were very pleased with every part of the process...from the first phone call, to the scheduling of the work, to the professionalism of everyone on the team, to the finished job. We would highly recommend Bella Home Services and will definitely be calling upon them again for any home repairs that we may have in the future.

Exceptionally well. Jo was incredibly responsive, calling me 2-3 times prior to the job to best understand my needs. Dave, the repair worker, arrived on time and performed the work with incredible skill and speed. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently they were able to tackle our home project. Then, Jo called me afterward to inquire about feedback. This level of customer service is almost unheard of in this day and age. After having such difficulty finding help that is responsive and responsible, especially for such a relatively small set of jobs, Bella Home Services was amazing. I would hire them again in a second for other home project needs, and I plan to recommend them to all of my friends and family.
