Mark is a very nice guy. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He came out on a Sunday, which we very much appreciated. AHS assigned him to us even though he was not in our area, which was strange, and very inconvenient for him. That was AHS's mistake, though, not his. Mark was very rushed. He had gotten free early and called us, but I missed the call. He told me that he scheduled another job in the meantime, but would still be there by the original window, which he was. At the end of the assessment, informed us that he would be passing on doing the work. His schedule was very full, and he didn't feel that he could fit us in. This was unfortunate, as it delayed getting the work done by days. After consulting another HVAC professional, it also appeared that he may have misdiagnosed the issue we were having. I can't help but think that being his last stop on a rushed Sunday may have contributed to that. I think we may have just caught him on a bad day, or week, but I wasn't really happy with the end result.
