Jerry was very fast and efficient and he did fix my problem quickly. That is the good part. But he was extremely expensive. I paid him $100 for 15 minutes of labor (no parts included.) I honestly expected this quick job to be about half of that cost. I'm on a tight budget and this stung a little.

Jerry is very professional. Respectful of myself and my home. His communication skills are outstanding. He explained everything and he asked a lot of questions to ensure I understood the process. Exceptional pricing. He has done a lot of work for me without one single issue. He even gave me an itemized list after the work. He actually followed up to make sure everything was working properly and then followed up again a couple weeks later. Amazing!. I highly recommend this pro.
