All Pro Plumbing

I picked this company in part because they offer a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, as long as you buy the parts from them. My friend was getting his plumbing redone at the same time, and recommended this company because they are good about showing up when they say they will. My friend was correct - pretty much everytime they said they would be there - they were. About a month after everything was installed and the water turned on, I got my first water bill at around $300, and said I used 20 thousand gallons of water. It turns out there was a leak in the water main from the house to the street, and All Pro Plumbing had not fully replaced the water main line. Mike Corbi, the owner, came up with all kinds of excuses why he did not replace the entire water main, and tried to blame the leak on the city, on the street, on anything he could. He refused to replace the final piece, even though he had charged me for the full replacement of this main and I had paid him when (I thought) the work was completed the month before. I called a different plumbing company to run a new water main and they replaced the broken, old and leaking water main in about two hours. I paid them $300 for this repair. I have since asked Mike Corbi and All Pro Plumbing to reimburse this $300 to me. I have also asked them to continue to provide the 1 year warranty on parts and labor for the plumbing they installed at my house. They do not return any of my calls or emails. I checked back with my friend who originally referenced All Pro Plumbing when I began having these problems.

The appt was made by the owner. A plumber was here on time. It took over 3 hours to install these faucets and to snake the tub. The charges were a bit surprising. There was also $60.00 trip charge - the office is about 2-3 miles from my home. I felt that the charges very excessive for the work that was done - lesson learned to always ask for an estimate prior to work.

I received the bill, and was surprised. I was expecting between $500 and $600. They charged my for the two plumbers. They also told me afterwards that when they installed the parts which I had purchased elsewhere there was no warranty on the labor. There is no documentation for any warranty even for the things I bought from them. Both of the men who came out were very nice. Everything they did so far seems fine, except the sink (my main concern) is still leaking.

It was the best it could be considering. The work was great. I would put All Pro Plumbing at the top of Angie's List.

THE TWO PLUMBERS WHO CAME WERE ON TIME, PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CAREFUL. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING PRETTY CLEAN. THE PRICE SEEMED EXPENSIVE BUT WE HAD THEM COME ON SHORT NOTICE AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY SERVICE TEGA CAY, FORT MILL, AND CHARLOTTE AREAS.
