At the time of installation we were unable to determine any of the problems that would occur down line. So there were no red flags at time of installation. As for trying to follow-up after the installation when problems have occurred is when we learned there would be NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. I am writing this review 3 years after as we are still working through problems in the system.
Description of Work: This was an installation of a NEW HVAC System to replace our old. The system has been nothing but trouble since it was installed. Our previous system had very little problems. After we paid his bill we have been unable to get in contact with him. No return of our phone calls - evidently hiding behind voicemail. Some of the problems that have arisen the manufacturer had recalls on and would have backed him up on. When researching with the manufacturer and distributor as to who they sold our system to and the contractor's license division in Raleigh - the names of who they sold our system to be installed didn't match-up. The license(s) on file in Raleigh do not match-up.
