Very responsive, timely, and professional. Arrived right on time for both estimate and to perform the work. Provided an accurate estimate if his long the work would take. Only two small concerns. 1. When I paid him, I gave him a small tip as we are trying to support community businesses and still have home projects completed. I didn t mention the tip was included until after he counted and said it looks like the right amount. When I mentioned there should have been extra, he acknowledged there was and that we didn t have to tip. I m uncertain if he thought we couldn t count since he didn t mention it was in excess until I brought it up. Left a little bad taste in my mouth. 2. The door to our crawl space was left open. Luckily, our neighbor saw it was open before any animals crawled in. Despite those two issues, we are very pleased thus far with the work and would recommend.

He replaced a toilet for me at a rental property and even on a Saturday when the tenant was available. He is also master plumber certified so gave me confidence in whom was performing the work.

We had a frost free faucet replaced and a Sediment filter installed by Bill and he did a GREAT job! He was professional, efficient and reasonable. He provided a one year parts AND labor warranty.
