I had scheduled an appointments with another company that didn't come or call. After scheduling with Bill, he called to see if he could come earlier. That I highly appreciated. He communicated via phone with my husband while he was on site about our concerns. I highly recommend if you are looking for a professional plumber to call Carolina Blue Plumbbing.

Very pleased with the level of service provided and the professionalism of the plumber. As a homeowner of a house built in 1964, I have had several plumbers make repairs and several were cheaper but did a less than satisfactory job and were not concerned about anything but the $$.

Bill has been great to work with . multiple appointments and scheduling were great service and knowledge outstanding.. fixed all problems and then a couple extra. found ways to cut a budget with in limits and gave all options and costs up front before hand and we worked down from that list and estimates. very personable , flexible, knowledgeable. Have a new plumber in future !!

Bill was great! He was very friendly, professional, and patient. We had accidentally bought the wrong part that was needed for him to do the job. He was able to get the right part for us and when he came to do the job, it required an additional part that he was not anticipating - he was able to get it and was back that same afternoon to complete the job! Will definitely use again in the future!

The quality of work was good but the pricing was very high.

He was very curious and was on time. He knew hid job and gave me a quote of what he thought the job would require. After I hired him he came early and got started worked hard and finished the job in one day so I was without water for only one day. Replaced most of the pipes under house and took pictures so I could confirm his work and understand mote clearly since I'm handicapped and can't get under house to see. All my pipes were old and was leaking it wasjust a matter of time. I would not hassitate to hire him on any future needs. In past I've used verious plumber's snd all took advanage of me but I will trust "Bill' over all.
