What a pro!!!! Bill came right out to assess our issue (pipe burst in a wall), and was even able to narrow it down over the phone! Sure enough, he found our leak, determined the cause (just as he suspected), fixed the leak and provided a detailed, step-by-step chronology of the work he performed. The price charged for his professional and swift work was extremely reasonable. I thought it would be substantially higher for this caliber of work. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I have already made Bill and Carolina Blue Plumbing a”favorite” on Home Advisor and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a top-notch plumbing company.
