They were highly experienced, prompt, and did a great job. A few days later, we had a small issue with an auto calibration of water heat that we needed resolved, and they were highly responsive, got to our house in 20 minutes, knew exactly what needed to be done, and we were able to have houseguests a few hours later. And, they identified a tile contractor who came with them so the shower was replaced, and the tile fixed at the same time.

Was very impressed with how quickly he contacted me and how quickly he was able to find time for the repair. He showed up when he said he would, instructed me on a relatively simple change on our toilet vs. charging us for it, and did a great job on replacing our faucet. Highly recommended!
