Bill Smith did an excellent job with my small 5 minutes project. He provided excellent customer service, remained professional and completed something that was a simple service in his eyes but a very complex service for me to figure out(after several you tube videos). He was such a huge... huge help to me!!!!Looking forward to working with him in the future because of his professionalism.

Repaired and replaced drainage from upstairs bathroom. Joint had come loose and water came into living room. Carolina Blue went the extra mile, putting in an extra hanger to make sure problem didn't recur. Very informational and courteous.

I was in no hurry to get my disposal fixed, but Carolina Blue showed up as soon as they could (even 30 minutes before the scheduled time) which I was thrilled with! The job took less than an hour and I felt very comfortable with the work and the speed of service.

Very Pleasant&FAST repair!

He was fast and honest!!!! He fixed my water pressure problem and did not even charge me! He told me the part that would probably go bad within a year and gave me an estimate. I have never had any consultation/estimation for an issue (car or home) where the repair person did not try to talk me into expensive repairs (needed or not). I will definitely use him again!

He's very dependable and I would hire him again. You should be proud to have him, there's not very many plumbers that will be on time and dependable like he is. Do the job,do it right the first time and make sure you are pleased before he leaves.
