I dropped the vehicle off after hours the day before and they called by 9 AM with a quote and were done by 2PM. We have been bringing all of our vehicles here for years with all sorts of unexplained rattles and vibrations, have always trusted their diagnostics and repairs, and have not been disappointed. The work is consistently well done and the staff professional. Highly recommended!

They get the best grade you can get. I use them all the time and I will continue to use them in the future. I go to them every couple of months. They do my oil changes and I buy oil there. I buy everything there, because he's a fair man and he does exceptionally good work. If it's not done right, you bring it back and he fixes it and he doesn't charge you.

I own a 1992 Nissan Maxima. I love my car and have not one desire for a new one. Max has been with us for a long, long time. We are small business owners and Kevin has been our mechanic taking care of both my vehicle as well as my husband's Toyota Forerunner (1999) for 15 years. He and his crew keep both cars in the road and functioning. Over our long business relationship, Kevin has earned my complete and total trust. He identifies the problem with the vehicle, gets an estimate approved and moves forward to complete the project. My vehicle is still safely running- lo these many years later. As an aside, in an age where getting anyone to actually honor the things they say..... this company is a stand out. We've dealt with them a long time and this is their consistent behavior. If anything is other than what they stated or any part of the problem was left untended- Kevin owns that. As I mentioned earlier, we are small business owners. We run our business like that and respect that he does the same. A car this age is not easy to keep in order. Parts become challenging to obtain due to the the vehicle's age. Thank you Kevin, thank you Becca, thank you all at Xpertec for being part of the old school- where your word was your bond. Gotta love that!

It took a week to get an appointment for the work I needed, but that has been typical with Xpertech. (there's a reason - these guys are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable) This is the first time I had work done on my Honda. The service indicator light came on in the car, so I scheduled to appointment at Xpertech. Oil change, rotate tire, inspect belts, check/replace air filter, check/ replace transmission fluid. The ladies in the office were very efficient - asked if I wanted the filter and transmission fluid inspected or replaced. I wasn't sure so she told me they would call and let me know what they thought. They moved my car from up front to their holding lot and when they drove it off I noticed that the right brake light was out - but I didn't say anything to them. They called within a short time to tell me that the air filter looked like it needed to be replaced and that the transmission fluid was OK, but would probably need to be replaced next service time. I told them to go ahead and do it now. They said they also checked my brakes and that they were OK now but would need replacing in 3000-4000 miles. When I picked the car up, Kevin was in the main area and just casually mentioned that they noticed that my right brake light was out so they replaced it - no extra charge. Xpertech is an honest, fair-price shop. While this was my first service on my Honda, they have done work on my 1999 Toyota Sienna van on several occasions - it has 279,000 miles on it - I wouldn't take either of my vehicles anywhere else.

I've had the for years. I end up bringing it to Xpertech. Anything that ir wrong with your car, they fix it. They probably work on the paint. They are fabulous. I'm just going back to them. They're always in time. I'll use them in the next couple of weeks.

It went really well - they were amazing professionals. Since my car is so old remanufactured parts are the only option. The first parts was bad and they kept at it until the old car runs great!

Smart mechanics, great customer service. Brake caliper was locking down inexplicably. After everything was fixed, caliper locked down again, these guys finally figured out that it was the emergency brake cable, everything was replaced again free of charge. They squeezed us in, even worked over time to get the problem resolved! Very impressed!!! Will definitely return!

They are good with communication. You talk to people that are working on your car and they give detailed feedback. If you're to sometime auto mechanic own, that's invaluable information.I liked how they are well scheduled. You get an appointment a couple of weeks in advance because they are well known shop. Once you get an appointment, you can sit there and wait on your job and they'll be done quickly. They have reasonable prices.

I feel so blessed to have found xpertech. When I was living in NY, I didn't feel like I could trust many mechanics. With xpertech, I completely trust them. They are fair, only do work that needs to be done, are reliable, and have great prices. They didn't even charge me for a few simple things they did to get the airbag working and the pickup to open and close. I posted a good review once before, and they continue to be so outstanding that I wanted to post another great review as I have continued to use their work.

I have been using Xpertech for about 8 months and have been enchanted with their expertise, (especially Kevin, one of the owners) and their professionalism. Also, in spite of the number of clients that go through there, and the waits for appointments, they manage to take care of emergencies and stand behind all their work. And the prices are reasonable. Xpertech is one of the finest mechanics I have been to in my 63 years on this earth.

They were good and everybody is willing to help a lot.

I was in and out in 20 minutes. Very efficient, friendly...in my experience this is somewhat unheard of in auto repair. I will absolutely use them again.

I had no appointment with the garage; this was a sudden, urgent situation that had to be resolved promptly. They took the car in and even drove it to their home to evaluate the situation. Although they suspected a computer issue, their instinct told them that the problem was caused by the crank sensor that was brand new and that had been replaced two weeks before by a different garage. They removed this new, faulty crank sensor, making sure to order a new one from the original manufacturer. They went out of their way to accomodate me although I had used the garage only once before this situation. Since they fixed my car, I have no more problem.

We use Xpertech for all our car needs. They are honest and excellent. We highly recommend them. Only problem is getting an appointment which generally takes a week.

I have a Subaru Outback and had a flat over the weekend. I knew I would need tires soon but had not planned on getting them for awhile. However, I was informed by numerous tire sales I would need to replace all 4 as they could not put only one on an all wheel drive car. Kevin got the tires and put them on that day. I have had work done here before as I consider Kevin our mechanic of choice and have for over 10 years.

I had a hose issue. He fixed it and didn't even charge me anything. If it's something minor like that they don't charge you.

Highly recommend. Getting so popular now though it is difficult to get a appointment! However, they are worth the wait. I am always guaranteed a honest quote!

They were very professional and did a great job. He was able to do a diagnostic test on my car and narrow a problem I had down to 2 possible things. They were extremely helpful in getting everything done and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are always good. That day they got us in and replaced the break pads out of warranty. We have been there several times for about 4 years now.
