Jimmy, did a great job of explaining everything Quantum offers. I especially appreciated that they are a local business, and their price was the best of the 3 businesses I had make quotes. Daniel, the project manager, communicated clearly throughout the project. The crew did a stellar job of cleaning up afterwards. The only complaint is that the start date for the job got pushed back twice due to weather. Overall, I would recommend Quantum Roofing!

outstanding work, completely satisfied

Quantum Roofing was great. I got a few different companies to check out my roof and provide bids and even before they came back with their actual numbers I was leaning toward Quantum because they were easy to communicate with and had great answers to all of my questions. I fully expected Quantum to have the highest bid as a result, but they actually came in just below the others! The roofing team knocked out my mid-sized roof (asphalt shingle install) in a single day, which was amazing. They were there from about 8 am to 9 pm and did a great job cleaning up the area. Multiple additional staff checked on the roofing team's progress and clean up work throughout the day and followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy with the work. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, highly recommended!

They did a fantastic job. Cleaned up the old roof and hauled it away all within a couple of days. Did exactly what they said they would do. Can’t ask for more than that.

Very good experience with Quantum overall. Good communication throughout the process from initial look, quote, and execution. Appreciated the walk through of the process as it was my first time reroofing a house, good explanation of all the options. Timing was right as expected even with a custom skylight. My roof is a bit more complex than a typical house and the job required significant decking replacement that was not anticipated, but the crew still finished the roof in one day and did a great job cleaning up the site.

They did a great job except for not replacing 2 pieces of siding they removed when installing the new roof. I felt like for $14,000 you could at least leave it better than you found it. Now we have to try and find someone to repair what they ripped down. We still have been able to find Antony to fix what they left unfinished. Very frustrating.

Very satisfied I chose Quantum Roofing for my roofing project. Jimmy Balson was prompt to include being on the roof with my Insurance adjuster while damage inspection was done, he also communicated by email and phone with my Insurance adjuster and kept me updated on their conversations. At some point during the shingle replacement Jimmy's Company installed step flashing where needed so shingles could be properly applied according to NC code. The Adjuster said the step flashing charge was not allowed....until Jimmy brought to the adjusters attention the code regarding step flashing, a few days later I received a payment from the Insurance Co. for the step flashing charge. I'm not putting down my Insurance Co. or the Adjuster, I'm thankful for them both along with Jimmy Balson of Quantum Roofing for being professional and so knowledgeable of the Roofing/Insurance business. Daniel the site supervisor was helpful and very courteous along with all the other workers who were polite and did a good job cleaning up after the roof was done. I highly recommend Quantum Roofing.

I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy Balson (Senior Project Manager) and Quantum roofing. I found myself in a jam with a substandard new roof installation, and had a formal roof inspection done that ended with a recommendation that the entire new roof be replaced. When I was getting estimates to fix the problem, Quantum Roofing was on time, respected the position in which I found myself, gave me an accurate and complete estimate of the work that needed to be done. Jimmy gave me a very reasonable price in comparison with other estimates, and with concern for the expense I had already incurred with the substandard roof installation. You do not find that often in our society anymore. Quantum Roofing was able to come sooner than the expected date, and performed the work in one day. The roofers were friendly and courteous, as I had a chance to interact with them after I got home from work due to the long hours they spent to replace my roof in one day. I was so pleased to not have any more sleepless nights worrying abut my roof leaking! I am recommending Quantum Roofing to all my friends with confidence.
