I have worked with many different contractors and William from ASAP was amazing. He wasn�t expensive but if he were it would have been worth it. I am difficult to work with he was available at times even I did not expect. I would not use anyone else.

I sent in a request to Service Magic for help with a clogged outside sewer line. As the name says, ASAP Plumbing contacted me within 2 minutes of my request being submitted online. William told me how much the proposed work would be, but that he would evaluate what was wrong first for free and consult with me before moving forward. He and his crew arrived when they had scheduled and had my problem fixed, for the quoted amount, in less than 1 hour. Very professional and helpful with tips for continued maintainence that might be needed to prevent root intrusion. I would reccomend them to anyone for quick and professional service!

The price was great. They let us decide what we wanted but made very valuable suggestions. Their work was done in a timely manner. When their was an issue with a little leak, it was minutes not hours before they got there. We are going to use them on another project as well.

William Parrish did a great job installing our new water heater. When we called afterward to request that the water be made hotter, he came out and took care of that right away, too! He was very professional, and his price beat everyone else's!

Fast service. ASAP sent a crew within hours of my request and work was completed in a very professional manner. All crew were courteous and efficient, with no attempt at 'killing' time to draw out service. Made sure I understood all the work done and that there were no other potential leaks along plumbing lines. I would definitely use ASAP for whatever plumbing needs I may have with total confidence.

Should be zero stars! I spoke with William Parrish about replacing our water heater. I explained that I wanted it handled of as soon as possible. I have a little girl (2 yrs old), a pregnant wife, and NO hot water--no water AT ALL coming from the showers. Mr. Parrish said that he understood. I took off from work to be home for our appointment. Finally, after Mr. Parrish was three hours late (!), I called to find out how much longer it would be. He said that he could be over soon, but then he told me the price would to be much worse than the firm quote he gave me a day earlier. ASAP does not care about families...or their word. Stay away!

It's been less than 12 hours since the completion of the job but so far I'm very pleased with this company, I've already recommended them to 2 other people. They called within minutes of my online submission and was very knowlegdeable, respectful and professional when discussing my issue. When I made the decision to hire them they were prompt, clean and again very professional. There were no surprises, added costs or anything negative about the process. I'm very satisfied with the job at this point and confident they would stand behind their work.

William was very prompt, and did a super job of installing our tankless water heater. He is experienced with the product and knows how to treat his Customers.
