It started well; Mr. Culbertson responded quickly and came out within a couple of hours. He was very respectful and seemed to know what he was doing. He diagnosed what he believed to be the problem (a bad relay switch) and went to buy a new one. He replaced the switch, told me all was working and it would take time for the unit to cool down, and I believed it was fixed. So I paid him. Three hours later, when the refrigerator was not any cooler, I texted him. He replied quickly and said he'd be back the next day. He returned and worked on it for a while. He told me he needed to run to the hardware store and he'd be back. He never returned. I texted him 5 times in the next 24 hours and he has yet to contact me. My husband also tried to contact him, to no avail. Now I am out $240 and my refrigerator is still not cooling at all.
