On time, very professional. Very detailed in explaining the new system. Cleaned all areas after installation, and protected all floors prior to installation.

The owner of the company performed this service. He took to panels off both units and inspected them. He also looked at the outside condenser. He found the units to be in good condition, with the exception of low coolant. I paid to have coolant added. He also made recommendations of things I could do to keep the units in good working order.

They did an excellent job, the owner of the company came out to do it and he was very nice. He was very down to earth, he explained everything very well and he didn't sell me anything. He was out at my house within two and a half hours of me calling.

It was perfect from the start to the end. Had one problem with the door casing having to be removed and it split, replaced with all new trim and recaulked it at no extra charge. They wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied before they would take any payment. Great people and company. Again they exceeded our expectations!
