I was very pleased that he tried to help me fix my furnace over the phone first. He suggest simple things like making sure the breaker was on to checking the batteries int thermostat among other things. For it being such a late hour, he promptly came out and fixed the problem without charging me an arm and a leg for after hours like others do. He was very professional and put my fears aside. We all know how some repairs can be rather expensive. The next day he called me back to make sure everything was still working. We discussed putting in a new ac unit this summer. He will be my go to man if I have any more problems. He's a small company so I didn't get all those extra charges bigger companies charge. Thank you Paul for letting my family stay warm!
