+ -1 moreHe certainly knows what he's doing. He's an expert, very professional, very responsive and we never had to redo anything because it always passed the inspection the first time out. He offers suggestions as to how to do something differently to maybe save money or whatever. I'm very pleased with Jim.
Description of Work: I hired North Shore Plumbing. Jim Banes is my go-to guy for plumbing. In 2013, he rebuilt the entire plumbing system of the house. When you have a toilet in the basement, the waste has to get pumped up to the sewer line because it was higher. Normally, you have to bust up the concrete floor and put all the stuff in there so he came up with the idea to put a product, that he was aware of, where the pump actually sat above the ground and pumped it up and over. I think the toilet itself was a little expensive but then his labor was not so much and we did that because we ended up saving money.
