 + -1 moreHe had to make a second visit, and he did not charge us. When we had a seal problem, he replaced the seal for no cost. He also came out and ran the line further as per city request and only charged us for the extra line, not for the service visit.
Description of Work: They came out and ran the line after the sewer backed up into our utility room.
