 + -1 moreKurt did an outstanding job of promoting our home. In one year we had 70 showings, but it did not sell at that time. We relisted our home in April of 2011 and this time it sold! Kurt helped us find a condo that worked well for us. We closed on both the home and the condo the same day, making the transactions and move very easy for us.
Description of Work: Kurt came to my home in 2009 and helped me get my home ready to sell. He recommended things that we could do to improve the curb appeal. He had us work with an interior decorator to improve the looks of the home. He posted the home on all real estate websites and did an outstanding job promoting my home.
